Advanced security and serviceability enhancements in Zephyr for JIRA

We are excited to introduce advanced security and serviceability functions in the newest release of Zephyr for JIRA! As we are always striving to improve our customer experience, we listened to your feedback and incorporated the most highly desired security and serviceability features.

Enhanced Security Capabilities

This newest release of Zephyr for JIRA delivers on some of the most highly requested security features from customers, including:

Issue Security - Configured through JIRA administration, users now have the ability to hide certain Issues/Tests from individuals or groups.

Email Security - Configured through JIRA administration, users now have the ability to hide or mask email visibility to individuals or groups.

 

New Logging Feature for Improved Serviceability

We are also glad to share that we have a new logging feature where all Zephyr for JIRA logs can now be written in a separate file apart from the Atlassian log file. This new file will include all service calls, information messages and error message details for improved overall logging and easier log navigation:

"DEBUG" log type enables users to track memory statistics such as storage usage and API response time

"INFO" log type enables users to track "WARN" and "ERROR" log messages
