Zephyr's Administration application allows you to add resources and assign them to one or more projects, add projects and assign Test Leads to each project, customize Zephyr wherein you can define custom fields for both Test cases and Requirements and define custom roles outside of the standard Test Manager, Test Lead and Tester roles. The Administration application is also where you can select the Defect tracking system to use - the in-built defect tracker, JIRA 4.x or Bugzilla 3.x/4.x
Zephyr also comes standard with Backup and Restore scripts that make safeguarding your test assets a breeze. Of course, if you were to choose our SaaS Delivery option, we'll take care of backups and restores for you.
