sooner a Developer can start looking at it and

where the defects are, their priorities and
where the backlogs are! Easily assign them to
the right folks to be taken care of and you do
not have to wait for daily 4pm "bug scrub"
meetings to get defect status anymore.

For all of you out there who haven't yet
invested in a Defect Tracking system, there's
a fully featured one built right in. But if you've already
invested time and energ in setting up something else and
are loathe to give it up, rest easy.
You'll still get all this stuff - the slick
interface, the optimized experience, the
live tracking - since the
system comes with integration to Bugzilla (and more such
