And when you realize that something got screwed up, rollback to a previous testcase version - they are all being tracked!

Reality is that you are in various states of automation. On top of that you have multiple automation tools in which you've created your scripts and are painfully tracking them separately from your manual tests.
Zephyr allows you to track all your manual and automated scripts from one place. Create a manual test case (or a placeholder) and add information about your automated script and how to kick it off.
