Create new projects in the system and time box them. This creates Project Desktops and Dashboards that allows the assigned all members to access these projects from their Test Desktops and commence working on them instantly.
Projects and resource allocations are automatically tracked and displayed at the Department level.
Put a Test Lead in charge of a project and assign them a bunch of testers. The Test Lead has complete control of the project and its releases using a set of Applications that allow them manage releases, Test Case Repositories, Creation, Scheduling, Execution and Reports.

Quick top-level navigation allows you as a Manager to jump from the Department level and deep-dive into any project, giving you the same access levels as a Test Lead.
This organization of Projects (and the Releases or Sprints underneath it) is carried over into all aspects of Zephyr - from contextual project spaces to metrics to dashboards. |
