Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue within key new accounts within the territory. Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities.
  • Manage complex sales cycle, including mapping out of sophisticated accounts, development of high level relationships, planning and executing sophisticated account strategies, and development of business cases.
  • Work as a member of the North American sales team. Collaborate and share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • The demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle with significant business and technical components.
  • The ability to develop and present a meaningful ROI presentation to justify the cost of your product.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas selling a technical solution to a technical audience.
  • An understanding of software development and QA process and its respective challenges.
  • Smart, creative, energetic, conscientious, and enthusiastic persona with strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Enjoy fast-paced, energetic environment. Entrepreneurial and results oriented.


Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota goals.
  • Develop and close new business deals in mid sized accounts.
  • Develop relationships with customers in the territory.
  • Quickly and effectively qualify prospects and formulate a plan to complete a new business transaction.
  • Manage business through the pipeline, including running a technical trial for a prospect. Maintain the velocity of all deals through the pipeline.
  • Document all activities and forecast business diligently within Salesforce.com and ensure that transactions are in compliance with Company process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the software engineering development and QA cycle, and the software tools business including customer dynamics and the reasons why customers buy software tools.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota from customers and new business.
  • Ability to generate strong relationships over the phone with both customers and prospects. Ability to resolve issues on their behalf to ensure satisfaction and drive business to closure.
  • Hungry, driven, and aggressive. Ability to cold-call into a large number of accounts and generate the volume of activity to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Smart and assertive. Ability to get things done tirelessly with prospects and customers and internally.
  • Bachelor's degree
