We’re looking for that unique fusion of business savvy and technology fervor in our new hires to join this team in our newly opened offices in King of Prussia, PA and our existing headquarters in Newark, CA. The position reports directly to the VP of Client Services.
As the fastest growing Test Management solutions vendor, customers are relying on Zephyr’s products to track their quality efforts for their own mission critical applications and products. The Zephyr Client Services team ensures that these customers have a thorough understanding of Zephyr’s comprehensive features and benefits. The successful candidate will be adept at ensuring customer adoption and will have outstanding relationship building skills. They will be our customer’s trusted advisor and solution architect as they employ their ability in understanding customer requirements and identify how Zephyr’s solutions can address these effectively.

As a UI Developer you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the User Interfaces of all Zephyr Test Management Products (Cloud and Server). The individual must have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. As a Java/Web Developer you will be responsible for the design and development of Zephyr Test Management Products (Cloud and Server). You will also be responsible in helping us build smart and intelligent analytics to help solve one of the biggest problems in the software development industry in the Test Management space. The individual must have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Data mining and Big Data.
