As CEO, Scott Johnson drives the strategic sales, marketing and financial direction to accelerate Zephyr’s growth. Scott has a proven track record of growing companies. Prior to Zephyr, Johnson was President and CEO of Social Solutions, where he exceeded the revenue goals and grew the company to more than 250 employees in three years. Before Social Solutions, Johnson led teams at Haley, Oracle and Curam Software.
Scott is a proud father of 6 children and a giving philanthropist who founded Jehovah-Jireh, an NPO that has opened its first children's home in 2014 Qwa Qwa, South Africa.
As Zephyr’s Senior Vice President and CFO, Robb oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A, tax, human resources and administrative functions at Zephyr. Robb has over 20 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant complexity and operating scale. Prior to joining Zephyr, Robb held managing executive positions at Greenway Health, Agilysys, Radiant Systems and Vista Consulting Group, an arm of Vista Equity Partners.
He began his career with Arthur Andersen and is currently a licensed certified public accountant.
Robb is the proud father of 2 children and a grandfather to 4. In his downtime, Robb enjoys traveling with his wife Mindy, and as a foodie… always enjoys a good taste of food with a nice glass of wine.
SVP Global Sales
As SVP, Global Sales Ron Gupta is tasked with refining and executing the sales strategy for Zephyr. He has overall responsibility for direct, indirect, channel sales and strategic partners. Ron has a strong record of profitably growing sales and scaling organizations. Prior to Zephyr, Ron held leadership and executive positions at companies such as TIBCO, Edifecs, Pegasystems and CSC. Ron has an engineering degree from India, a Masters in Computer Science from George Washington University and an MBA from the Johnson School, Cornell University.
In his downtime, Ron enjoys playing baseball with his son, focusing on health and fitness and traveling the world.
VP of Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Hamesh is responsible for the worldwide engineering function of Zephyr and brings over 18 years of engineering, mobile, and networking technology experience to this role. Prior to Zephyr, Hamesh held numerous lead engineering roles at Asurion, InnoPath Software, Sonus Networks, and Cisco Systems. Hamesh holds an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
Outside of work, Hamesh enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and spending time with his two daughters.
VP of Marketing
Francis Adanza manages Zephyr’s market awareness, demand generation, product marketing, channel, analyst relations and events efforts. Francis joined Zephyr in 2011 as the first marketing person in the company. In his current role, his team is charged with marketing all of Zephyr's products.
Before joining Zephyr, Francis has held various management roles in sales and marketing, helping several early stage software companies build scalable processes for customer acquisition. He has a Business Degree from Menlo College. In his downtime he can be found hacking up the fairways, BBQing or wine tasting.
Sterling J. McCullough
VP of Partner Alliances
As VP of Alliances at Zephyr, Sterling is committed to improving the quality and performance of the organizations we support, and in turn, for the customers, communities, and citizens they serve. With more than 35 years of sales, business development, partner management, systems integration, management consulting and analytics experience, Sterling has a proven track-record of building strategic partnerships.
He has led a number of sales and business development teams for corporations of all sizes and sectors, and has demonstrated the ability to handle complex deals deployed across a variety of industries.
VP of Sales, Europe
Steve Kehaya heads EMEA sales and alliances for Zephyr. He is responsible for growing sales & reseller partners in EMEA. Steve brings more than 25 years of sales management experience to the company, including a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
Steve has spent his entire career focusing on introducing US enterprise software technologies into EMEA. Prior to Zephyr, Kehaya served as Director of Sales for Neon Enterprise Software, where he established and managed resellers in France, Spain and Italy and was Neon's most successful region for new business over two years.
Head, India Operation
Ajay brings more than 20 years of leadership experience with various technology companies including companies listed with NASDAQ and SESDAQ (Interwoven. Inc, TREK2000 ). Having worked in multiple geographies with different cultures, he excels at establishing, leading and growing software businesses - start-ups, turnarounds and existing businesses. He is passionate about what he does and finds nothing more fulfilling than being part of a team with similar interests and an organization that values its employees and customers alike.
He enjoys spending the weekends attending his son's sporting activities.

Cervin Ventures is a seed and early stage venture firm, focusing solely on opportunities in the B2B software space.
Western Technology Investment (WTI) is a Silicon Valley based venture debt firm which invests globally in a wide range of technology and life science companies.
Partner, Frontier Capital
Joel returned to Frontier Capital in 2007. His primary focus is on the firm’s managed IT and HCM software and services investment activities.Previously, Joel was Vice President of Finance and Strategy at LURHQ. In his original stint with Frontier (2000-2003), Joel was part of the firm’s Fund I investment team. Joel is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Principal, Frontier Capital
Scott joined Frontier Capital in 2007. His primary focus is executing new investments in Healthcare IT and HR Tech and working with management teams to identify strategies that build long-term value. Prior to joining Frontier, Scott held investment banking positions with Edgeview Partners and Bank of America.
MD, Cervin Ventures
In his earlier career, he held engineering and product management positions at Octel (acquired by Lucent) and Genesys (acquired by Alcatel). Neeraj has had significant global experience including stints in UK and India.

Preetish Nijhawan is Managing Director of Cervin Ventures. Most recently, Preetish was Chief Financial Officer for Neon Enterprise Software. Before that, Preetish was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at NeoEdge Networks, a video game advertising company. Preetish was also Vice President, Portfolio and Program Management for BMC Software. Prior to BMC, he was Vice President, Operations of iVita Corporation, an asset management software startup he helped found.
Preetish has advised senior executives in hardware, software and telecom industries for McKinsey and Company. He co-founded Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) in 1998, He also worked for nearly six years in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) division at Intel in various engineering and program management roles.
With more than 25 years of direct test management experience, Shah has lead teams in Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 50 enterprises at companies such as Wollongong, Attachmate, PointCast and Patni.
Samir holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronics from Bangalore University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
Samir is a huge San Francisco Giants fan, avid volunteer for the Little League World Series, and bleeds Crimson Tide.
