| QA Manager |
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and management of the design, develop, test and release phases of projects
• Oversee and manage all the quality control and quality assurance components of the systems
• Manage and support the development of the Test team
• Support the development of the release strategy for the applications
• Manage the development of plans to support the resourcing and budgetary requirements of releases
• Carry out procedures through the development life cycle to include requirements gathering, test planning, creating test scripts, software testing, and defect management of software releases
• Works with the project customer service teams to ensure that all customer requirements are met
• Liaise between the Solution software vendors and the Test team on all aspects of the software development lifecycle and software test cycle.
Qualifications:
- BS in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in IT/software QA
- Strong understanding of QA methodology, programming processes and tools
- Direct experience testing software
- Experience in leading a QA team is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with many different audiences.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, patient. Ability to work independently or as part of a team to accomplish critical business objectives.

| Software Quality Assurance Specialist |
Responsibilities:
- Software testing of Java based Middleware System which is a core component of a larger integrated platform consisting of a Web Portal, Billing System, Infrastructure provisioning system (HP Orchestration) and a Configuration Management Database (CMDB-Vantive)
- Analyse software product requirements
- Develop testcases (manual and automated) using Automation frameworks such as SOAPUI and JUnit
- Log and track defects in Defect tracking System
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science (MS degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with focus on Java technologies
- Hands on experience of both white box (system level) testing and black box testing
- Proficient in SQL, XML, and scripting languages such as JavaScript
- Working experience in automation testing preferably SOAPUI
- Programming in Java a definite plus
